This last period of the year is the moment of looking back at 2021. Just like everyone else, this was also the year of adaptation and working from home for us. At DevRepublic we have taken fantastic steps together, I would like to look back with you.

 This is how we have welcomed many beautiful customers. We have started deploying IT development teams at, among others, Deelfiets Nederland, Dynalinq, and Footprint Technologies. A permanent team is also working on a large e-commerce platform. Our objectives in growth and the deployment of IT development teams have certainly been achieved. And in addition to these new customers, our current customers are also growing.

The growth this year and in the future means that we are also growing internally. At our office in the Netherlands, Peter started as a business analyst. He helps our customers with the development of processes and systems. A .NET developer will also start in Zwolle in January. In India, 11 new colleagues have started this year and there are currently various discussions to fill no fewer than 14 vacancies. This is the highest number ever in DevRepublic history. In addition to the growth in employees, several working groups are currently busy working on our roadmaps. This takes the internal organisation, processes and quality to the next level.

Fortunately, the office in India has just reopened and the first colleagues are going to the office every day. Being able to meet live again, some of which even for the first time, gives a great boost after no less than 20 months of working from home. We hope to welcome colleagues from India to the Netherlands again in 2022, so that they can physically meet the Dutch colleagues here at the office and, of course, the customer.
